I have two questions: 1. Is it possible to create a new extruded part inside in an assembly? 2. Is it possible to use SolidWorks Electrical just for a schematic design? I mean, I have to create some operative circuits, without 3D visualizing them.

Yes , it is possible to create new extruded part in solidworks assembly. In assembly go to new part then select a plane after that normal part modelling operation can be applied. This is known as top down assembly .
