I triple click the grey icon and I lost it when changing styles to be a leader or horizontal Dimension. I need to know the name and how to restore to menu bar. See attachment

I think that's the Dimension Line toolbar.
Use View + Toolbars and you can turn the toolbar back on,
or you can use Tools + Customize and Restore All Contents and Restore Position to reset all the toolbars.
