My toolbox doesn't want to open what should I do ?

Speaking about solidworks 2013 sp0 32bit . It shows me configure button that when I press tells me can not configure

Go to Tools - Add-Ins
Enable the Toolbox related items in there (I think there are two).
Does that allow you to continue with setting it up?
