Need help connecting flanges
I have a sheet metal assembly w/ several edge flanges. I'm trying to connect a new edge flange via a 2nd flange that's connected to the main part. The problem I have is the flange being connected to is at 90° and the flange attached to the main part is at 45° and they are 90° opposed to each other. I've attached an SW2013 & Step file, and a jpg of what I'm trying to do. So far every thing I've attempted hasnt worked. I've tried swept & lofted flanges and nothing gives me the bends I need to achieve a flat pattern.

Sort of. I guess I should have described better what I'm looking for. I'm trying to achieve a straight connection between the 2, w/ a minor bend at each end, instead of a 90° bend like how you did it.
It almost appears that some kind of twist is going to be required to get what I want, which I can live w/, but I havent been able to figure out how to get what I want.
