OpenFoam tutorial

Hi,

I would like to learn how to run a CFD simulation of a race car external aerodynamics in Openfoam -including rotating wheels, etc-.
I would like to learn the entire process -from cad to running the simulation-. What I mean to say is that I would need a tutorial that cover meshing, etc -hence a tutorial for the mesing software-, etc.
Can someone recommend me one?
