plant layout modeling

what are the necessary products to purchase,in order to make a plant layout modeling in Catia v6?

You have to purchase full product, because you can't get access all features on the trial version. Some advance features you can't use, like machining. I didn't see CNC machine list(Library) in the Catia V5....
Talk to your local CATIA reseller. There are specific configurations (groupings of products) that are just for plant layout. You do not need to purchase the full product ($$$).
