Question Regarding ANSYS workbench composite solution.

I am trying to perform an analysis on a composite plate in ANSYS workbench using the ACP module present in it. The geometry is a plate of size 50*50 (all dimensions are in mm). I have attached my loading and constraint conditions along the picture. I have fixed the two sides of the plate and applied a pressure of 50 Mpa on the top face. I have arranged the composite material Epoxy-E glass in an angle zero and that consists of 6 plies. Also i have done the analysis also for structural steel in static structural with same units and geometry. The problem is that the total deformation for the composite plate is around 5.65 which is not acceptable and also the stress for composite plate is less than the structural steel..yet the value is around 300 Mpa which is not acceptable.....So any one please provide some idea to this issue.

Note: i have fixed the two sides...in pic i was able to show only one side.
