When someone has a request for a model, what is the best way to send (upload) the requested model to them? Is there a way to attach the model to the "comment" section?

Hi Don the best way would be to upload your model that you have done for someone as a request and in the name field for the model put REQUESTED by ??? and name the model that was requested.
