SOlidwork Error when instaling (SQL Server Error)

Anyone who have problem like me,.. please tell me...

first, i need electrical toolbox from sw 2020
secont\d, error when instaling SW2020 "Error SQL Server"
thrd, when i instaled SQL server 2019 not all product much error when instaling.

my question, how to fix it?
