Which CAD software is widely used in Robotics ?
Which is the best CAD software for designing Robotic systems ?
Also, is CATIA widely used in the field of robotics ?

CATIA is most probably the designing and simulation software. Never used it much though but it is quite popular in designing industries. I found it a little hard as a learning and its graphical interference is not good as much as Autodesk Inventor.
