Why is GrabCAD not displaying my new model for others to see

I uploaded a new model and tried to see if others will be able to view it by using the search filters, recent library and engineers section but its not displaying. This is not the first time this is happening to me, the last time; the model was automatically deleted. How can I contact one of the admins.

PS: This is fully my work. I modelled EVERYTHING myself. So its not a copyright violation.
