Mesh inclination with Abaqus CAE

1. Step 1: Create part

   

   

   
   

   
   

2. Step 2: Make the partition and mesh the part

   After part creation, switch to mesh module!

   

   
   

   Choose partition tool !

   

   Use "create partition from Face/Sketch". Make two inclined lines, like below. Use the angel you want.

   

   Apply structured mesh (quad) to the whole part.

   

   Apply local seeds by number.

   

   
   

   Do the same for the inclined lines.

   

   Mesh the part and achieve the inclined mesh!
