How to Make Tri Finged Spinner
In this tutorial i'll show you how to make toys as simple as you can see.

All of dimension using mm. 4x Hole diameter is 19mm base on bearing skf 607 outside diameter (19mm)

Step 2:
Extrude 6 mm,

Step 3:
Fillet 3mm

Step 4:
After finished made a model, pick SKF bearing from Solidworks Toolbox.
Done.
