you can design this part in different ways
Roll forming

1. Step 1:

   option 1 sheet metal tool

   create the path of your metal sketch

   create a punch separately (save the part as a form tool) add it to the design library

   unbend the part

   create a sketch with the punch location points

   bend the part 

   (the punch may disappear when bending the metal , and it may not be added to the curved face of the metal)

2. Step 2:

    option 2 surface tool

   create a sketch of the 1/5 surface path if you have 5 identical parts

   pull

   out the surface create a punch

   surface trim the excess part relative to the main shape

   create an array

   sew surfaces

   create a circular array

   sew surfaces

   round the edges according to the bend of the metal

   give the appropriate thickness

3. Step 3:

   option 3 create a solid body based on sketches and select the shell tool to remove unnecessary faces and set the thickness
