Scisscor Arm 1 Tutorial for Swiss Army Knife

1. Step 1:

   

   Make a rectangle with height 59.3 mm and the width 8 mm. after that make sketch of scissor like in the picture. draw the line from the bottom make a little curve and the draw a straight line and make corner with angle 133.53 degree and after that draw a straight line again with the end make a little curve with radius 24 mm and the make a straight line to the bottom with length 21.57 mm and make a corner with angle 45 degree and make straight line again with the end make a little curve with radius 35 mm.

2. Step 2:

   

   Extrude the scissor with the distance is 1.6 mm

   
   

3. Step 3:

   

   Make a circle in the middle of the scissor with diameter 2 mm

   
   

4. Step 4:

   

   Extrude the circle with direction is flipped and the distance is 1.6 mm

   
   

5. Step 5:

   

   

   Fillet the edge like in the shown in the picture. in the picture 1 the radius edge is 0,5 mm and the second picture is 3 mm

   
   

6. Step 6:

   

   After that draw a sketch like in the picture in the upper part of the scissor arm and than extrude with the direction is flipped and the distance is 0.8 mm

   
   

7. Step 7:

   

   FIllet the edge with the radius edge is 0,4 mm

   
   

8. Step 8:

   

   Fillet the each side of the circle with the radius edge is 0.1 mm

   
   

9. Step 9:

   

   And the scissor arm 1 is done
