Step 1: Draw a circle and extrude around 20 cm in the xy plane

Step 2: Create a hole in the cylinder and also create a hole through the side of the cylinder at each end

Step 3: Draw to rectangles at the top of cylinder at each end

Step 4: Make a hole from those two rectangles at each end
