  1. Step 1

     open a sketch on the right plane

     

  2. Step 2

     draw a circle

     

  3. Step 3

     extrude it

     

  4. Step 4

     open a sketch on the right plane again and draw a 10mm radiused circle

     

  5. Step 5

     draw an axis and one more circle like shown

     

  6. Step 6

     draw a line

     

  7. Step 7

     make the line tangent with the circles

     

  8. Step 8

     make your sketch like this

     use mirror command

     

  10. Step 10

      use trim command

      

  11. Step 11

      use extrude command like shown

      

  12. Step 12

      use mirror command. use right plane as mirror plane

      open a sketch on the right plane..
