• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all machinery to ensure regular upkeep and minimize downtime. • Monitor the performance and maintenance needs of CNC laser machines (TRUMPF, Bodor), CNC FICEP machines, CNC Lathe DMG, ERW machines, and other equipment within the galvanizing factory. This includes overseeing critical systems and equipment such as the hot-dip galvanizing line, which involves processes like zinc kettle operation, automatic overhead cranes, and associated equipment used for dipping, cooling, and handling. • Investigate and resolve malfunctions in all machinery, including those used in the galvanizing process. Focus on identifying and addressing recurring issues through root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. • Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns and extend the operational lifespan of machinery. • Develop and manage visual dashboards in Power BI to track breakdowns, calculate Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). • Implement and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) established by the Quality Assurance (QA) team to meet ISO standards and maintain quality. • Identify and specify necessary spare parts for each machine, ensuring that critical spare parts are stocked in the warehouse to prevent operational interruptions.
