Key roles in product design and development of “electronic target shooting training systems” for 10meters and called Elite Scorer for rifle and pistol.
Designed and Developed, Generated detail 2D & 3D drawings for production of
• 50 meters range Elite Scorer.
• Foot Pressure System (body balancing analyzer for shooting golf training).
• Target illumination system for ‘Elite scorer’.
Design and development of Jigs and Fixtures for various Machine Vision inspection systems.
Coached and trained Fresher Engineers and assembly line Technicians.
In charge for Production, Assembly, Maintenance, Customer service of ‘Elite scorer’ systems.
Accrued minimal wastage in production line by setting up rules & standers.
Implemented Cost saving strategies from Designing to Vendor development and management, which results the cost reduction of production to 45% per batch.
