The evaluation found unnecessary the replacement of the PLC being used leading to save 1 week of offline testing. Worked as a team member with my supervisors to provide both a study of return on investment for potential upgrades to the equipment and process flow charts for cleaning process performed by both operators and machines. This information helped the Project Manager to eliminate unnecessary procedures in the cleaning process and save operational time.
