-Design concept by using motor to lift up 300kg customer product (lifter machine). -Design concept by using robot transfer (DOBOT). -Design system for gas filling using BURKERT fluid control system (N2 and H2N2 gas). -Design concept for leak tester machine by blower or vacuum. -Do the manual calculation for motor selection or online calculation by supplier Oriental and JVL. -Do the stress analysis for single 3D part or 3D assembly part by using Autodesk Inventor. -Do the movement animation for robot transfer. -Do the movement animation for air cylinder, gripper cylinder, rotary cylinder and electric actuator (X, Y, Z axis simultaneously). -Do the 3D part, assembly part and drawing formatting in proper way based on Solidworks format.

-Design concept by using robot to pick and place. -Design concept of pick and place by using electric actuator, standard air cylinder, gripper cylinder and rotary cylinder. -Design concept of conveyor. Pitching conveyor or standard conveyor. -Design concept of lifter mechanism using motor attached with ball screw. -Working on jig and fixture.

-Design concept by using bowl feeder and screw feeder. -Design concept by using robot to pick and place. -Design concept of pick and place by using electric actuator, standard air cylinder, gripper cylinder and rotary cylinder. -Design concept indexing table. -Design concept of conveyor. Pitching conveyor or standard conveyor. -Working on jig and fixture. -Study the mechanism of machine depends on budget of client. -Design concept by considering cycle time production.
