• Create new concept design/Drawing for the different products as customer requirements and releasing it for the prototype. • Designing of economical Fixtures for Qualitative Products to improve quality, productivity& efficiency of the plant. • Conceptual 3D model preparation with [Solidworks & AutoCAD] essential calculation and standards brought out items. • Finalizing the design, preparation & Maintain Design Documentation. • Benchmarking of existing Products and making them to most user-friendly. • Co-ordination & correspondence with the client, consultants, etc. for approval of design documents • Preparation of bill of material and maintaining the same thorough ERP System [MFGRPO-QAD]. • Analysis of designed products and modifications if necessary. • Discussion with the client as MOM and clearing the ideas as discussed according to order.

• Preparing proposal drawings and models of steel structures for the customer as per their requirement. • Prepare detail design drawings to customers with final section sizes and connections detail. • Prepare a Detailed model and preparing a fabrication and erection drawing and BOM for manufacturing. • Check final models and drawings which made in my shift engineers and guide them and after check sends to customers. • Explain customers’ requirements to my shift’s engineer and guide them in software to complete the task.
