• Led a project involving 3D scanning, CAD modeling, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis of impaired impellers and diffusers, ensuring adherence to API-617 standards. Conducted Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for feasibility, identified materials, and implemented balancing methods. Successfully reverse engineered a damaged centrifugal compressor impeller and diffuser using tools like CFturbo, SolidWorks, CFX, and FLUENT. Managed meticulous material selection, outsourcing, balancing, testing, and seamless device installation.
