Primarily focusing on manual & robotic metal fabrication from basic hand-weld fixtures to fully autonomous metal forming and welding cell design & implementation. Also worked on full machine assembly line design & implementation spanning from basic sub-assembly fixtures / tooling design to full assembly line cart design including compatibility with Mitsubishi Automated Ground Vehicles.

On-site Mechanical & Quality Engineer for satellite plant producing gearboxes. Primarily Cad/ Cam work covering machining of gears, shafts, and gearbox housings. Mostly Okuma and HAAS CNC 3 & 5 axis mills and CNC lathes.
