I over see the production of wood boards and mainting a clean and safe working enviroment. Upcycle Cycle takes trees that usually go to the land fill in Madison Ill and cuts them into boards and products. When the operation is running smoothly and cyclical. (Cut wood, Dry wood, Plane wood, Sand wood, repeat.) I utilize my time on builiding and researching Effective Scientific Discovery Systems (ESDS) and Stationary Movement Generators.
