● Conducted a time study on the assembly line to enhance process line efficiency, adhering to established protocols for continuous improvement, used lean six sigma to reduce production time by making recommendations of line improvement to senior staff ● Developed and updated work instruction and generated a process alert based on daily found errors for the assembly line to ensure quality improvement and safety guidelines ● Produced weekly production reports for cell performance analysis utilizing Power BI and Excel, facilitating real-time assessment of production metrics and shared with senior leadership to discussed in production meeting ● Designed custom tools, jigs, and fixtures for welding operations, applying reverse engineering techniques to optimize component design and trained welders on how to safely use jig in order to reduce downtime ● Developed detailed Manufacturing drawing sheets and work instructions for welding personnel, promoting operational ease and safety compliance using SolidWorks and Excel.
