1. QR CODE SCANNER Objective - “Development of Integrated Technological Solutions for Security and Operations based on UV Sensor Technologies” • Developed design for QR Code Scanner in SOLIDWORKS® • Use tools like surface modelling, rendering, assembly etc. 2. IMMUNO-CHEMICAL EXPLOSIVE DETECTOR • Developed design for individual parts in SOLIDWORKS® • Assembled them with the main casing and made animation in SOLIDWORKS® • Made 2D sketches, 3D PDF view of all designed parts. • Printing designs in 3D uPrint plus. 3. GRAIN ANALYZER • Developed 3D SOLIDWORKS® Designs for the device named “Grain Analyzer” from Drafted AutoCAD® Drawings. 4. ELECTRONIC NOSE • Developed design for Raspberry Pi, a Display module, Sensor chamber. • Assemble all the various parts in a case developed in SOLIDWORKS® and then printed in the 3D printer. • Performed Static Structural analysis on ANSYS® Workbench. • Worked on Computational Fluid Dynamics on ANSYS Fluent and CFX. • Printing designs in the 3D uPrint plus.
