Although I have been through several lean training sessions in my carreer, what I learned about the lean manufacturing philosophy while at UEC was better than any training course could provice. It has been an invaluable asset to my carreer. And something I strive to recreate everywhere I work. In my role a CNC operator at UEC, my responsibilities included:
