▪Creating 3D models (concept & detail) and drawings of metro train’s interior as per feasibility, standards and customer’s requirements - (Products like FRP-seats, ceiling, sidewall, driver desk, shunting desk, and other products from metal like substructures and sidewall structures, light unit) ▪ Development of new product - Product validation (FEA) as per specifications, norms & applications of product, Development of processes for new product - creating S.O.P. (STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES) for new product. ▪ Creating design documents for the changes and updates - (ECR, ECN and Rev. Update doc, etc.) ▪ Preparing B.O.M and managing B.O.M configurations. ▪ Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software - Galileo. ▪ Designing of jigs and fixtures for low and high volume production. ▪ Initial knowledge of plant development and process flow of FRP and RTM process. ▪ Onsite experience of 3 Months in Saira Europe at Italy on ETR-1000 (V300 Zefiro) project, it was design and development of high speed train which is project of Bombardier Transportation and AnsaldoBreda.

▪ Investment die casting tool designing. ▪ Design and development of automotive parts’ racks of BMW cars. ▪ Designing and FEA of different Products of Automobiles. ▪ Dynamitic and Kinematic Analysis of Barring devices. ▪ Development of Automotive tools like Dent Removal Tools. ▪ Chute Modelling on Inventor. ▪ Washery plant Modelling and onsite dimension measurements for power plants.
