Create a sketch in the middle of the span, then draw a diagonal line matching the stairs' angle, and use that sketch to create a diagonal array. You can use "measure" to determine the precise distance between the steps. Otherwise, you could create an array in a 3D sketch, but that would take up a lot of your time.
