You should be proud. What do you, as an Engineer, think about FreeCAD?

I see a lot of FreeCAD Tutorial Content Providers, are able to provide work-arounds that are very impressive if a visual representation is the only deliverables required,right? I need to be able to take a finished prototype (Rev.0) and create Gcode that I can send off and get a prototype that is within my tolerances, because I need the prototype to work the way it was designed. I have been impressed with FreeCAD except for some of the work around I see. The following is just 1 example, you have a 90° square edge that is 8mm height and you need a 4mm fillet (but) FreeCAD WILL NOT LET YOU and so you assign 3.999mm instead and it works. I LOOSE A LOT OF CONFIDENCE IN FREECAD, do you?
