I am very new and some would say a "noob" in cad and I was wondering if anyone could help me make a rear sprocket for my moped. I can't find anything at stores that match what I need.

Here is some info i calculated:

Teeth: 22

Chain pitch: 15.875 mm (520 chain)

Roller diameter: 10.16 mm

Pitch diameter (PD): 111.55 mm

Pitch radius (PR): 55.775 mm

Outside diameter (OD): 121.08 mm

Root diameter (BD): 101.39 mm

Tooth depth (tip → root): 9.845 mm

Tooth thickness at pitch: 7.938 mm

Tooth tip width (chord at OD): 8.615 mm

Gap width at pitch: 7.978 mm

Central angle per tooth: 16.364°

Center hole diameter 37.8 mm

Bolt circle diameter (PCD): 46.5 mm

Number of bolts: 3

Bolt diameter: 8 mm

Bolt angular spacing: 120°

Addendum (tip extension from pitch circle): ~4.7625 mm

Dedendum (pitch to root): PD − BD = 10.16 mm

Tooth profile: ideally roller-envelope; flanks smooth, roots rounded

If you are so kind and decide to make it, please email the file to me at "sg.sohvagamíng@gmail.com" so i can cut it at school with a lasercutter. I think the laser took .dxf file.
