How to make mechanism or machine so we santize our hand without touching a bottles?

We are facing a problem of corona virus so every time we need to wash or sanitize our hand .can we make mechanism for that?

Already have the machine.. Just put your hand under the machine then sanitizer will come out. This machine using sensor to detect human hand
