How do I'll know that my Nut and Bolt assembly is perfect ?
I made a model of plastic bottle and cap. while assembly I came with a doubt that how to check my assembly that cap can fit on bottle neck.

Did you create them as a top-down assembly? If so, you used the thread & neck portion from one, to create the other with offsets to create the clearance?
Should always pass clearance analysis if built that way. Have you run clearance analysis??
