I just downloaded the student version of SE and was delighted to find keyshot included. Does anyone have experience with this license, is it time-limited?
The license of the registration Solid Edge , like, three years, apparently, and KeyShot is limited to this period. But I'm not sure here.

...and somehow you are limited to that file format for imports. I take stepfiles, import them to SE and then onwards to keyshot.
Key shot is an addon software, 3party software, not from siemens. so, it's practically free.
Please keep in mind that the bundled Key Shot is now the full-blown version. It lacks node editing, good enough to make simpler presentations.
