Export SW to STEP file with tolerances

Is there a way to create in SolidWorks software a STEP file that contain tolerances, threads, and other specifications directly within the CAD file ?
For now I use colours for few common tolerances and threads - you need to have a special "colour chart" to know tolerances used in STEP file. This is only a good solution for people inside our machine shop.
Thank you

There is something called DimExpert in SW ,I have not used this functionality, my understanding it is for adding dims to 3D models, then you need to save the file in specific file format that can handle the dims definition , I think that is what the step 214 format is for.
Also you need to make sure the the other side whom you sending the file to has software that can read it .
In my opinion it is better always provide proper supporting drawing included with the model as some of the features you just can't model precisely, or you simply not include at all like threads.
Could you shed some more light on to your workflow maybe we can all learn something new
