Yes, i can think of two ways at the moment
look up "Split" command
or
save as the part with every component name, open each file and delete all extra bodies then start new assembly drop all the part files on the origin (that way all of parts will be fixed in correct location hence no constrains needed ) but if you hope for regaining option of editing each feature I think you lost it when saving as part
