1) Completed the project titled “Prandtl Stress Function and Robotic Manipulator Design” at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Corporate R&D, Hyderabad. 2) Analytically derived the Prandtl Stress Function for torsion of a prismatic bar with a rectangular cross-section and verified the results using a classical analytical solution given by Timoshenko and also with a Finite Element Analysis Model of the prismatic bar using ANSYS. 3) Designed a 6-DOF robotic manipulator in SolidWorks and performed Flexible & Rigid Dynamic and Static Structural analysis in ANSYS then verified the results using a mathematical model created in Matlab.

1) Completed the project titled “Computer Aided Manufacturing of Critical Aerospace Hardware using Pro-E” at Defense Research and Development Laboratory, General Machine Shop – II, Hyderabad. 2) Learned how Critical Aerospace Hardware is fabricated in a Machine Shop using CAD/CAM software like SolidWorks and Pro-E. And integrating these with the CNC machines to create an efficient workflow. 3) Made a model of a sample aircraft component in SolidWorks, generated the G & M-code, for fabricating the component, using Pro-E and successfully fabricated the component, on a CNC milling machine.
