Participated in a collaborative research project between PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) and Universitas Gadjah Mada, focusing on the analysis of random abnormal failures occurring in LRT Jabodebek rolling stock operations. My main responsibilities included: Conducting mechanical system analysis using Universal Mechanism and ANSYS Workbench to simulate structural behavior and component reliability. Performing 3D CAD modeling using SolidWorks for LRT components and subsystems to support simulation and design evaluation. Analyzing vibration and load patterns encountered during curved track operations to identify fatigue risks and structural weaknesses. Assisting in structural optimization and reliability assessment to improve the performance and safety of rolling stock components.

Worked on a tooling management and automation project in the Engineering Division, focusing on improving stock distribution systems across the production floor. My key responsibilities and achievements included: Developed and implemented a system for automated stock monitoring and distribution of tools across multiple production sites. Collaborated with the IT Division to build a functional automation control system, integrating engineering and digital solutions for inventory tracking. Designed and standardized tool rack layouts and identification systems to ensure efficient tool storage, retrieval, and traceability. Created manufacturing-ready CAD models of the tool storage system using SolidWorks, with considerations for space efficiency and production feasibility. Supported the company’s push toward Industry 4.0 through the integration of mechanical systems and digital management tools.

I have been responsible for operating the machine for the production process. I also responsible to do daily and monthly maintenance, and do quality control.
