Hi I am Ivan. I work as thermal engineer. I specialize in design of conduction cooling systems for embedded computing solutions based on Intel CPU technology for defense, micro gravity, communications, industrial, medical, transportation and other applications that require rugged capabilities. Mechanical and thermal design of VME,VXS,VPX,XMC,PMC - 6U/3U form factor cooling solutions according to VITA 20,30,42,46,48, IEEE1101,1386 international standards using Solidworks. Solid and transient conduction/convection heat transfer CFD simulations using FlothermXT, Autodesk CFD. Optimization and preparation for CNC manufacturing. Calculation of thermal interface material compression and thermal behavior. Design of rigid and spring loaded heat sink retention mechanisms. Application of height adjustable shims for even force distribution in special IC cases. Engineering drawings drafting and application of GD&T.
