biography

I started using AutoCAD when I was in high school in 1992, and was introduced to Industrial Design and 3D Studio MAX in 1995. I continued my education at Ohio State, learning more about 3D Studio MAX and Solidworks while there. I also taught beginning drafting courses using TurboCAD. After graduating, I took a job at a design consultancy in Cincinnati called Index Design, and there learned Alias, Pro/Engineer, Cinema 4D, Rhino and a few others. From 2009-2014 I served as Program Chair for Industrial Design Technology at Cincinnati State, and taught courses on Inventor, Alias, Bunkspeed Shot, Inventor and Solidworks. I current serve as an Adjunct Professor at UC-DAAP, where I teach Design Technology classes. We use Alias, Solidworks, Fusion 360, ZBrush, Keyshot and more.
