Objectives Design of the workflow and schemes of the manufacturing process, define the creation of technical drawings and 3D models each stage of process, design of gages and fixtures devices and patterns for production or quality departments, analysis and simulation of the tool-layout and set up of the part machined, constant revision and updating of customer drawings knowledge in manufacturing process (plating, coating, 3D printer steel, machining and heat treatment). Achievements and Responsibilities: • Analyze and evaluate CAD design changes (internal/ external). • Generate and check releasable 3D models of technical parts to verify that they meet customer as well as legal requirements, engineering drawings specifications ASME 14.5Y and geometric dimensions and tolerances GD&T • Work with production/tooling to make sure that designs are feasible. • Assist, define and verify special and critical product characteristics. • Participate in FMEA, PPAP and APQP documentation
