Ketan Dhongade

I am working at Sopan Group as an Application Engineer. My primary responsibility is to provide software training to engineering students and corporate clients. I conduct hands-on training sessions in various tools including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ESPRIT CAM, ESPRIT EDGE, and 3D Printing technologies. In addition to training, I also organize technical events and workshops in colleges to promote skill development among students. I play an active role in guiding students through internship programs, helping them gain real-world experience in design, manufacturing, and CAM applications. This role allows me to combine my technical expertise with my passion for teaching and industry outreach.

My role was as a Design Engineer at a company specializing in blower manufacturing. In this position, I was responsible for creating and modifying detailed 2D and 3D designs of industrial blowers and related components. I worked extensively with AutoCAD, BricsCAD, SolidWorks, and Cintrexlite software to develop accurate models, fabrication drawings, and assembly layouts. This role strengthened my skills in mechanical design, CAD tools, and practical application of engineering concepts in a manufacturing environment

I began my career at AM/NS India, where I worked in the areas of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control), and Design. During my time there, I gained valuable hands-on experience in industrial quality inspection, testing processes, and basic design practices. This role helped me build a strong foundation in understanding manufacturing standards, quality protocols, and technical drawing interpretation.
