Scan the parts by faro scan arm and design a model by the Reverse Engineering process with the help of Geomagic Software. Design Complex Geometry from the scanned point data. As an Application Engineer, I have to give a demonstration of Faro CMM (Scan arm/Laser Tracker) Instrument to the customers, understanding them about applications of Instruments. Building sales opportunities for the company and looking for the after sales services. Give a training about operate the software (Polyworks, Cam2measure). Provide an Inspection services to the customer on-site & off-site with the CMM Instruments. Plan the Inspection schedule and prepare SOP for Inspection process.

As a Design Engineer, I used Solidworks & AutoCAD for CAD Modelling of special purpose machine Tools. I have 1-year Experience in 3D Modelling and Drafting. I have fundamental knowledge of GD&T.  As a Quality Engineer, I used Faro Arm, Romer Absolute Arm (CMM) and Long Range Laser Tracker Leica AT 401,402,403, Faro Vantage E (CMM) for precise measurements. I have 3 Year experience in this field.  I also work in the field of Defense, Hydro turbine, Steam and Gas turbine, Thermal Power Stations, Nuclear Power Plant equipment. I used Polyworks software for Measurement and Inspection. I have also knowledge of Conventional measurement process.  I am working with many organization Govt. & Non-Govt. for Inspection Purpose, like NTPC, NPCIL, GE, Andritz Hydro, Bestall Machining & Feb. Pvt Ltd, L&T Defense & Nuclear, Bombardier, TATA Chemicals, Govt. Thermal Power Plant.
