The project was to redesign an industrial pressurized water channeling system based on the personal requirements of the customer. We studied the current designs and defined the modification areas before developing multiple CAD designs that were shared with the customer. We built multiple prototypes of the system components using an FDM 3D printer. The purpose of these prototypes was to test the design compatibility of the custom parts with standard mechanical components (joints, screws, handles, ...) and to provide a visual and tangible support for the customer to functionally and visually evaluate the design. This project pushed me to improve my CAD skills and discover new technical details and properties of rapid prototyping with FDM 3D printing.

January 2018 - January 2023
I completed my engineering diploma in Instrumentation and Automation Technology at the National Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (INSAT). My academic journey was multidisciplinary, combining theoretical knowledge and practical applications across various fields. It encompassed mechanical studies, including materials science and manufacturing processes, alongside industrial administration, with a focus on production and maintenance management. I also gained solid foundations in thermodynamics, automation, and electrical systems, equipping me with the skills to design, optimize, and maintain industrial processes. This diverse training has prepared me to tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to automation and instrumentation projects in industrial environments.
