1.Develop concepts and design moldable parts using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, and Ansys or equivalent software 2.Create detailed 2D and 3D designs and validate those designs 3.Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative designs that meet project requirements 4.Conduct technical feasibility studies and initial cost analyses for new projects 5.Perform design calculations, simulations, and analysis using appropriate software tools 6.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines in all design work 7.Generate comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bill of materials (BOM) 8.Continuously research and implement new design techniques, software updates, and emerging technologies 9.Participate in design reviews, meetings, and discussions to address design issues and propose solutions 10.Support the manufacturing and assembly processes by providing design clarifications and resolving design-related challenges.

1. Develop and implement an R&D strategy aligned with company goals and market trend 2. Lead and coordinate R&D projects from concept ideation to product development and launch. 3. New Product Development: Concept generation, feasibility assessment, Prototyping, testing, Commercialization, Ensuring innovative, marketable designs 4. Product Improvement and Enhancement: Continuous evaluation of existing lines and enhancement through research, testing, and iteration. 5. Technology and Material Research: Staying updated on emerging technologies and conducting research for product innovation. 6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Aligning R&D activities with business objectives, Meeting customer needs and market trends. 7. Quality Assurance: Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures and ensuring internal quality guidelines (Mold Also). 8. Market and Competitor Analysis: Identifying emerging trends. Analyzing consumer preferences, identifying competitive threats, and informing R&D priorities and strategies. 9. Risk Management in R&D Projects: Identifying and mitigating technical challenges. Mitigating market uncertainties, and addressing resource constraints.

Job Responsibilities: 1.Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas. 2.Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions. 3.Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility. 4.Redesigning existing products with mold to enhance functionality or reduce costs. 5.Creating design projects and specification sheets. 6.Presenting product designs and Mold Designs to management and stakeholders. 7.Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes. 8.Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity. 9.Resolving product and Mold issues. 10.Overseeing the production process.

This club basically works on Robotics & cad, like Autocad, Solidworks, and Arduino. And also C programming included. So when fresher students come here then they joined our club and we help them to learn Robotics and Cad. It's only happing to weekly classes.
