 Executed end-to-end design and development across the automotive and telecommunications sectors.  Worked on high-voltage and mobility battery products, including 480V-300Ah, 358.4V-460Ah (HVAC), 48V-800Ah telecom products, and 3-wheeler L3 & L5 battery packs.  Conducted Structural Integrity and Durability Analysis for Li-ion battery design and development for Telecom, 3-wheeler, L3, and L5 products using CAE tools.  Developed assembly procedures for complex systems while ensuring precision accuracy of components during the assembly process.  Conducted stress analysis on components to determine safety factors and optimize design.  Created 3D design files, drawing files, and other documents for the production line and performed 2D drafting and documentation from scratch to ready-to-manufacture.  Responsible for making DFMEA and BOM.

 Managed multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and budget constraints.  Responsible for making GA drawings and production drawings for process equipment, including centrifuge machines, vacuum tray dryers, reactors, and conical screw mixers.  Designed and developed new product concepts utilizing CAD software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD for precision modeling.  Performed tolerance analysis to ensure compatibility and reliability of product components.  Optimized existing product designs for manufacturability and assembly, streamlining production processes.  Responsible for making the BOM for costing.

 Created GA drawings and fabrication drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD for telecom shelters, reefer containers, cold rooms, clean rooms, and related structures.  Used Siemens UG-NX for creating detailed designs, 3D modeling, and engineering drawings in various domains.  Responsible for making the BOM using ERP.  Fulfilled orders by successfully planning, budgeting, and coordinating projects, finishing them on time and within budget.  Utilized mathematical skills and understanding of engineering principles to design new products.
