- Design mechanical and automation systems for conveyors, elevators, bending machines, etc.; - Design reconditioning projects for existing machines; - Simulations of mechanical systems; - Design automation systems; - Design layouts for electrical panels focused on automation.

- Maintenance of cell phone PCB calibration JIGs; - Implementation of improvements within the PCB calibration process; - Set-up and configuration of RF equipment.

Activities: - SOP creation. - Assistance in implementing improvements, NPI, and related documentation. - Equipment maintenance and calibration schedule.

Supervision of the lithography sector of sheet metal. Control of Inputs, appointments, labor / machine, cost, process, improvements and strategies.

Maintenance and corrective programming during the production process in machines involved in the process of insertion of electronic components (Loader, Printer, Placement machine, Reflow Oven). Monitoring and application of improvements in the production process.

Support in maintenance and preventive and corrective programming of machines and JIGS for electrical, electronic and functional tests on printed circuit boards and mounted electronic devices.

Assistance in the implementation of new products. Evaluation of suggestions for improvements in the process with the engineering sector.
