Engineering and Development of the Robotic Kitchen

I developed Machine learning solutions for an Indoor Position System. I found the paper to solve the problem of detecting the phone attitud (orientation) in order to implement a step counter. The subsystem I implemented was able to detect the velocity and direction of walk for a person using a smartphone, understanding in which pocket it was and with which direction. I also helped in the development of the beacon based positioning system, using Convolutional Random Fields.

I implemented computer vision solutions for object tracking/detection and ocr. I implemented a full stack application, GUI and backend, on Windows. I also implemented a discrete FFT in C and performed signal processing to calculate the QFactor of a signal. I also designe and implemented a custom PCB board able to detect the signal transient and trigger a software action.
