• Dissertation titled “Underwater Robotic Tracking Using Artificial Whiskers” designed and modelled a bio-inspired
sensing system using CAD tools and implemented ESP32 hardware with Python-based data processing and
communication as an alternative to conventional sonar tracking.
• Designed and modelled gas turbine system for CHP applications using 3D modelling and thermos mechanical
simulation (FEA/CFD) and analyse to optimize energy efficiency and heat recovery performance.
• Performed modal (free vibration) analysis on wind turbine blade deigned and modelled on CAD Software to evaluate
natural frequencies and mode shapes to improve the structural stability and performance and resonance avoidance.
• Performed CFD simulations of pulsating turbulent channel flow with an internal obstacle to analyse flow separation,
vortex shedding, and pressure fluctuations using advanced turbulence modelling, Ansys fluent and python.
• Designed and developed a heat exchanger for a supercritical CO₂ powered system using modelling software (Fusion
360 and SolidWorks) and thermal analysis to enhance heat transfer efficiency and operating reliability
• Simulated a pick-and-place task for a Kinova Gen3 robot arm in ROS/Gazebo by developing a Python control script
that performs forward and inverse kinematics, Jacobian-based motion control, and real-time ROS
Publisher/Subscriber communication for joint state feedback and command execution.
• Designed and constructed a mechanical part by creating a precise 3D CAD model in Fusion 360 and SolidWorks
using physical measurements and scan file of the model. Prepared the design for 3D printing by creating technical
drawings and proper 3D model.

• Final year dissertation: Completed industrial training at TATA Motors, received hands on experience in vehicle
diagnostics, ICE/EV system and propulsion system. Also conducted 3D 4-cylinder petrol engine design and parts
modelling with 2D drawing development for manufacturing of the parts. Also worked with CFD software to conduct
basic structural and CFD analysis.
• Designed and modelled a small capacity vertical wind turbine using Fusion 360 and SolidWorks and. Analysed the
structural and aerodynamic performance of the system using ANSYS. Proposing implementation at the highway to
reuse the vehicle induced wind for power generation.
• As a Robocon Team Member, designed and modelled a robot integrating CAD design, material selection, and
modular manufacturing, contributing to fabrication using CNC and 3D printing and ensuring seamless integration of
sensors, actuators, and control systems.
